About the Lodge: Lorne Lodge was at one time located in the second story of a building in the centre of Omemee. In May of 1966 a fire which started in the restaurant below destroyed most of the building as well as the lodge artifacts. After some planning the brethren of Lorne Lodge constructed the present building and held their first regular meeting in April of 1968. Through their hard labors we have a fine lodge building that the members are very proud of. Lorne Lodge presently has 92 members, with a great slate of young officers.
